Due to COVID, our wedding venue changed last minute and I found myself in need of a Wedding Day Coordinator. I did a search on Instagram and found Amelia. I messaged her and she responded immediately. We had our initial phone call and I booked her that day. On the phone, Amelia was attentive and supportive. She gently guided me through my vision for my day and shared with me the ways she could help.
Amelia continued to stay in regular contact through email and by phone right up to my Wedding Day. The day before the Wedding, we had our final phone call to confirm all of the details for the next day. Her continued support throughout this process confirmed that I had hired the right person for my special day.
On Wedding Day, Amelia showed up early and ready to go. She quickly stepped into the role I hired her for and took the reins. There were a lot of moving pieces and Amelia made sure they fell into the right place. She took care of all the details so I could do what I was meant to do…enjoy time with my new husband, my family and my friends.

Can I just say, I’m so so happy I found AB Coordination!! I was desperately looking for someone to help coordinate our wedding. I booked the month of coordination package and was nervous at first. Amelia is truly excellent and very approachable. She listens to every detail and even goes out of her way to make sure everything is going smoothly. She was always there, super early and super late. The day of our wedding was so magical we didn’t have to worry about much because Amelia was there to handle business. She made sure everything was set up the way we wanted. She greeted our guests and answered questions. In such stressful times she always had a smile! Amelia made sure vendors were all on the same page after the many attempts of contacting them! Superb coordination! I truly have no complaints about AB Coordination.
